Donna J. Moore, age 86, of Willard, Ohio passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2018 peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on October 5, 1931 in Willard to the late Hall and Lois (Oyster) Lewis. Donna had retired from Pioneer Rubber Company and was a member of the Christian Alliance Church in Willard. She was a former employee of Laslea's Market in Willard. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, oil painting and spending time with her family.
She is survived by three children, Jack (Donna) Kousma, Joni (Kevin) Polachek and Nick E. (Judy) Kousma, all of Willard; 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; one great-great grandson and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Sarp Kousma; second husband, Homer Moore; siblings, Ronald Lewis, Edgar Lewis and Joyce Yacob; and a grandson Danny Kousma.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon where her funeral service will be at Noon with Pastor Bart McKelvey officiating. Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Willard at a later date.
