We were sadden to hear of Dave’s passing. I became good friends with Dave when he started working at Ingram Oldsmobile probably 45+ years ago. Dave was such a great guy; once a friend always a friend. While our friendship lasted many years we lost touch with each other for a good 30 years as we each moved away. When he moved back to Mansfield we were able to get together a few times during our trips back and had a great time catching up. In the “it’s a small world” category my wife went to elementary school with Dave for a few years and when I introduced her to Dave in the 1971/1972-time frame I remember they both looked at each other and said “I think I know you”.
