Dear Orville, Steve & Regina, Jim & Jeni, Barb, Stewart & Judy, Lynn & Steve, and families: It was such a privilege to get to know Donna over these last few years as her pastor. She was (and still is) such a sweet woman with a beautiful smile and an even more beautiful heart. Her devotion to Orville and her children and grandchildren was so admirable. I think she really saw it as a sacred opportunity to be able to take care of her loved ones because to her, that’s what family does. I never heard her complain at all. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her here on earth, but the good news is, for those who have faith in Jesus as she did, we will see her again. She is not only seeing the beauty of heaven and her loved ones who have gone ahead of her, but she is seeing the most beautiful thing of all–the face of Jesus. I truly believe He told her “Well done, good and faithful servant. I’m happy to see you, My daughter.” Please know she is at peace, happy and seeing everything there is to see in heaven.
