Barbara "Bobbie" Diane Hartz, age 69, of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 22, 1951, in Willard, Ohio, to the late Aaron Donald and Virgie (Triplett) Hamons. Bobbie attended the Willard Church of God and retired as a dispatcher from the Willard Police Department and was a member of the Willard Fire Department. She enjoyed raising miniature donkeys and Shelties, camping, going to fairs, flea markets and thrift stores, but most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Gregory Hartz whom she married on June 1, 1974; children, Brandon (Beth) Hartz of Milan, OH and Mandi (Nathan) Martin of Shelby, OH; siblings, Donna (Clyde) Miller, of KY; Kenneth (Peggy) Hamons, of TN; Kimberly (Carl) Craigmyle of Orville, OH and Todd (Cathy) Hamons of Willard, OH and 14 grandkids plus one on the way.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Virgie Hamons.

Calling hours will be at Secor Funeral Home at Willard, Ohio on Thursday, January 14, 2021, from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM where her funeral service will be at 1:00 PM with Pastor Greg Griffith officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Abigail Pregnancy Services in Willard, which is an important ministry Bobbie volunteered for. Greg, Brandon,Mandi and families, My heartfelt condolences at your loss. Bobbie was a wonderful and loving lady. She made my days learning dispatch feel comfortable snd secure. Bobbie gave me a wonderful coffee mug which came to California with me. Sadly it was broken in December and unable to be repaired. She had such a bright smile and was so full of love! I feel blessed to have had her in my life. God be with each if you and give you strength.
