Judith C. "Judy" Sampson, age 66, of Willard, Ohio passed away Sunday July 25, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.  She was born August 3, 1954 in Willard, Ohio to the late Ola and Davann (Collins) Jones.  She formerly worked at the Willard Hospital and her favorite love was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.


She is survived by her husband, Walt Sampson and 2 children, William J. Sampson of Willard and Miranda S. Vice of Willard, 3 grandchildren, Meggen Sampson of Mansfield, Abagail Vice of Mansfield and Deric (Zulema) Cobb of TN and great grandchildren, Ryker Cochran, Rowen Cochran, Bryson Perkins, Tucker Cobb and Adalynn Cobb; 4 brothers, Jim Jones, Ola Jones Jr., Larry Jones and Ernie Jones and 5 sisters, Tessie Webb, Sharon Moore, Mary McKinney, Wanda Vantu and Russell Caudill and several nieces and nephews.


She is preceded in death by a brother, Bill Jones and 3 sisters, Ola "Blondie" Ellis, Cordy Gilmore and Sally Hotelling, daughter-in-law, Rhonda Sampson and her parents Ola and Davann Jones.


Calling hours will be on Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.  Online condolences may be made to the family at www.secorfuneralhomes.com.

Sorry to hear about Judy, I recall her as a very dedicated "Little League" mother who was always willing to help and was always supportive of the kids. She was humorous and tried her best to keep Walt in line! She was a good person and will be missed.

Aunt Juju taught me alot through the years and has always been there for all of us. I will always miss her and love her. Aunt juju always had open arms for everyone no matter who it was she loved us all. Now she is with her tiny dancer and singing karaoke and making Aunt Sally laugh. I love and miss them all. I love and miss you Aunt juju give mom hugs and kisses for me.

I will miss this special lady. Growing up she taught me a lot. Judy wasn't only my sister, she was a very close friend. I wish we had more time, but I guess God needed a special Angel. I love you Sis, more.
