To all the Hedeen family – In my opinion, Dorothy was one of the “grand ladies of Plymouth.” Her grace, kindness and genteel manner inspired many of us, as did her amazing culinary talents. Nothing ever seemed to ruffle her feathers – she handled adversity and joy with the same even temperament. I have looked up to her for many years and I have truly missed her since she left Plymouth. Working with her at the church, I learned a great deal thanks to her patience and instruction, and she will always hold a place in my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
