I remember Chuck as a kind and helpful neighbor. Jeffrey Drive was a haven for the numerous children whose families lived there back in the 60’s. I am lucky to have been one of those kids–along with the Philbrick kids. Along with the other parents, Chuck and Mary Lou kept a watch out as we rode bikes, roller skated, played ball, and met at the Green Circle! My condolences to Mary Lou and the family. May Chuck rest in peace.
