Sheila Chaffins, born May 2, 1962, passed away on January 15, 2026, at OSU Medical Center, at the age of 63, surrounded by her loving family.
Sheila was the beloved daughter of the late Donna Gaye (Adams) Enderby and the late Thurman Otto Chaffins.
She is survived by her daughters: Misty (James) Patton of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Danielle (Billy) Hall of Plymouth, Ohio; Cynthia (Landon) Slone of Paintsville, Kentucky; and Paige (Mark) Estrada of Dothan, Alabama. Sheila is also survived by her grandchildren: Kylie, Lauren, Brandon, Cameron, Kynlee, Brenton, Maci, Cooper, and Emerson; by her two great-grandchildren, Phoebe, and Veda; step father, Jim Enderby; step siblings, Seth (Andrea) Enderby and Rachel (Russel) Nichols; and her faithful canine companion, Chloe.
She was preceded in death by her beloved granddaughter, Paisley Jade Cowan, and her sister, Michelle Jenkins.
Sheila was a devoted loving mother, Nana, and a woman of Christian faith who lived her beliefs through kindness, compassion, and service to others. She will be remembered for her strength, her unwavering love for her family, and her genuine care for all who knew her. Her memory will be cherished and her presence deeply missed by those whose lives she touched.
Visitation will be at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 from 11:00 AM until the time of her funeral service at 1:00 PM with Billy Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Plymouth, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Secor Funeral Home for funeral expenses and a headstone.
