Gary W. Utiss, age 81, of Willard, Ohio passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2026 at the Willard Mercy Hospital. He was born on June 23, 1944 to the late Elmer Woodroe and Mildred Augustine (Piller) Utiss.
He is survived by his wife, Eileen (McCarthy) Utiss who he married on December 24, 1999; step daughter, Kellie (John) Ritchey; step grandchildren, Timothy Ritchey and Zachary Ritchey.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents.

I regret not keeping in touch with my cousin, but am so grateful that I spoke with him when my father passed. Gary was so gracious and kind. He told me he was struggling with cancer, so I know these last few years were difficult. May God hold you gently in his arms as you move on.
