Delores “Dee” Jane Allen, age 89, of Willard, Ohio, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on January 9, 1937, in Muncie, Indiana, to the late Leon and Edith (Jackson) Quisenberry.

Dee retired from RR Donnelley in 2000.  Throughout her life, she made and donated hundreds of crochet baby quilts to non-profit organizations.  She also enjoyed composing and researching years of family heritage.  Most of all, Dee loved spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by five children, Dianna (Dick) Ruehle, Cindy Bishop, Dane (Susan) Allen, Deborah (Allen) Leininger, and Duane (Patti) Allen; 2 brothers, Ronald (Sunday) Quisenberry and John (Cindy) Quisenberry; sister-in-law, Sandy Quisenberry; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three sisters and a brother.

A special thank you to Southern Care Hospice and Tiffin Hospital for their care and support.

Visitation will be at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on March 22, 2026, from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM where her funeral service will follow at 5:00PM with Pastor Greg Griffith officiating.  There will be a private burial at Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio, at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or FACT (Financial Assistance for Cancer Treatment in Seneca County) PO Box 624, Tiffin, Ohio, 44883.  Online condolences may be made to Dee’s family by visiting www.secorfuneralhomes.com

I worked with Dee for a number of years. She was always willing to perform whatever tasks she was asked to do. She also did them to the best of her abilities. She was fun to work with. God bless her family.
