Mark D. Hastings age 73 of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at St. Vincents Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. He was born August 16, 1952 in Willard, Ohio to the late Charlie and Lucille (Finn) Hastings. Mark loved watching old western movies and he never met a stranger. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Hastings of Willard and children, Shira "Nikki" (Roney) Sexton of Republic, Sara "Hot Rod" (Travis) Rowe of Springfield, Leanna (Jessie) Bottom of Willard and Curtis (Valene) Eicher of Chicago; many grandchildren and great grandchildren and sister, Eva Noble of CA and brother-in-law, Stan Clements of Norwalk; many nieces and nephews and a lifelong friend, Jimmy Moll.
He is preceded in death by his parents,Charlie and Lucille Hastings and 2 brothers, Donald and Charles Hastings and 2 sisters, Louise Thomas and Betty June Hastings.
There will be a Celebration of Life at the Willard Trian Depot on Friday, May 29, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.secorfuneralhomes.com.
