Librada “Lily” Morales, age 85, resident of Willard, Ohio passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was born on October 11, 1940 in Alice, Texas to the late Andrew and Bertha (Martinez) Garcia.
Lily worked for and retired from Midwest Industries in Willard. She never turned down a chance to play “Chalupa” and enjoyed traveling and dancing. Most of all, Lily cherished the time she spent with family and friends.
She is survived by three children, Cynthia (Vernon) Graham, Ricardo “Rico” Morales and Pam Granneman (Wayne Primodie); eight grandchildren, Monica, Ashley, Michael, Jennifer, Lisa, Ally, Andrew, Olivia and Alivia; numerous great grandchildren; five siblings, Johnny Garcia, Max Garcia, Ester Rios, Ralph Garcia and Josephine Torres; and many extended family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, Lily was preceded in death by her husband, Ricardo “Richard” Morales Jr. who passed away on October 20, 1999; daughter, Kathy Bautista; and siblings, Flora Flores, Lupe Garcia, Baltimore Garcia and Olivia Robles.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Lily’s funeral service will begin at 1:30 p.m. Private burial will be held at a later date at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Willard. Oh hey, this is heartbreaking news. I was shocked. I just saw her. Her heart was pure gold. Always checking on friends and family to make sure they had what they needed. Family was everything to her and she treated everyone like family. I have a dozen beautiful memories of laughter and crazy conversations with her. I was so blessed to be her neighbor and her friend. I'm so sorry for her family members - you'll all be in my prayers. Lily, I will never ever forget you. May God Rest Your Soul.
