Adele M. Baker, age 74, of Crestline, Ohio, passed away peacefully with her loving husband at her side on Sunday, September 6, 2026 at their home. She was born on July 21, 1952 in Willard, Ohio, to the late John F. and Edna (Aumend) McConeghy. Adele enjoyed cooking and collected Santa Claus figures for 45 years. Most of all, she loved her husband, Elison Baker, and spending time with him and traveling around the county after retirement.
She is survived by her husband, Elison Baker, whom she married on March 22, 2002; step-daughters, Crystal Baker and Heather (Chet) Hershey, both of Ashland, Ohio; grandchildren, Aaron, Danica, Corey and Leland; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Shirley Furr; brothers, John McConeghy Jr. and Robert (Nancy) McConeghy; special niece, Tracey Coats and special nephew, Steve Coats.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by several Aunts and Uncles.
Per Adele’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. She will be interred at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh, Ohio. Secor Funeral Home assisted Adele’s family with making funeral arrangements.
