Clifford J. Patterson, age 70, of Willard, Ohio passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s in Columbus. He was born on September 28, 1955 in Willard, Ohio to the late James and Rose (Bumpus) Patterson. Clifford could often be found watching the Browns or The Ohio State Buckeyes. And when those teams weren’t playing, he was watching his westerns and wrestling. Clifford was a part-time mechanic who also enjoyed to cook up some great meals. Most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his 3 sons, Josh (Jamie) Patterson, Jericho Patterson and Jason Patterson; grandchildren, Isaiah Patterson and Josalynn Patterson; siblings, Joyce (Hugo) Bryan-Porter, Sandra Durham, Marilyn Cochran and Terry (Sherry) Patterson; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Anna Marie Mills; and three brothers, James Ivan Patterson, Alan Lee Patterson and his twin Clinton James Patterson.

I just learned of Clifford's passing. I'm so sad and so sorry for your loss. I have such great memories of our chats here at Willow Run. He loved his family so much. Every time I saw him, he was going out to see his sister. Im sorry we never met. I will miss his smile and seeing him wandering around here checking on everyone. That's just who he was.
