Irven was the most loving, caring, supportive, encouraging, and strongest person I know. He had the smile that made the whole room smile. He never let us get down on ourselves. Yes he was hard on us girls because he wanted us to play to our best potential. Softball is going to be hard on us girls without you. But this season is for you. We promise to work hard everyday. We promise we won’t give up. Please watch over us girls. Watch us grow and make you very proud. I promise I will work my butt of every single day to be the best ball player I can be. You will forever be in our hearts on and off the field. We miss you so much. Thank you for being not just a coach that made an impact in everyone’s life but being most amazing human.
