We are so sorry to hear of Todd’s passing. My favorite memories of Todd are when he would take time to come to my parents home, whenever they were celebrating a milestone anniversary, stand in their living room, and read a proclamation them. (I’m sure he did it for many other Willard folks also). Todd will surely be missed by Willard. Condolences to the family.
