We are so saddened to hear that Todd has passed on. We are out of state on vacation and won’t be able to be back for the services. He was a true leader and pillar of the community. His business sense and dedication to the city of Willard has been astounding through the years. We pray for Gods grace and strength for the family in coming days and months ahead. Don and Sharon.
