I was so sorry to here of Jim’s passing. My sister Dorothy living in willard notified me Saturday morning. I have great memories of a 12 year older brother Jim. He and Ami taught me to pull for the Tribe and the Buckeyes which I still do even living in Somerset, Ky.
Secondly, I have been a Hospice Chaplain and director of Spiritual Care for over 25 years. Jim would have never believed that would have happened!
Jim taught me how to cook hotdogs over a gas stove on Saturday’s as we watched Tv.
I often tell folks (because we have the number one White dealer in KY here) that Jim made sure the parts were there for the assembly line at MTD.
He was a great man, brother and friend. And Jim never ever criticized others, he did not see bad things in people unless they hurt him.
I’m sorry that my schedule and work prevents Mary Ann and I from coming this week. We were just in Cleveland VA three weeks ago where bro in law Fred walton had surgery. we are all getting older!
The last time I saw Jim was I believe at dad’s funeral Jan 8,2000. He may have been at mom’s funeral May 2006 but I don’t recall?
God’s blessings to all
Greg and Mary Ann Ryan
