My name is Jerome Whitfield and I was a manager at Denny’s restaurant in Amherst Ohio. I’d work there for many years before Jack took over and was assistant manager and then in April of 2010 I was given the opportunity to become a store manager. But due to health problems in April of 2012 I had to stop working but Jack was very understanding. Jack and I had numerous private conversations he gave me a lot of recognition for my hard work in the restaurant and with customer recognition he also came to my father’s funeral in January of 2011.when I heard of his passing I was throwed off guard because hes was such a young man, 9 years younger than I. So to his family I would like to say I am truly sorry for the passing of your father and your son. May God cover you in his blessings and guide you through this hard time.
