My dear sweet, Uncle Roger…brought love and kindness wherever he went. He always had a smile on his face and had a way about him to make people laugh. I will cherish the memories of dancing in the front room with an Elvis 8-track playing Hound Dog, camping, canoeing, and the way you made everyone feel special. I will miss you forever but look forward to eternity. My dearest Aunt Barb I only wish I could hug away your hurt and sadness. How blessed you were to have such a wonderful man for all these years. I pray for comfort and joy of fond memories of the life you shared. Rick, Randy, Michelle, and Tim…I do not know the sorrow of losing my father but can only imagine the pain & emptiness you must feel. My heart truly aches for each of you! I’ve always heard the saying “you can’t take it with you” but that’s not necessarily true…you can take love with you and Uncle Roger had lots of love. God is Love! Prayers for you and your families.
