Kaaaathy From Ohio

John, I love you and miss you dearly. You will remain in my heart forever. You were more than just a brother-in-law to me. If it wasn’t for you, I would never have experienced street-stock racing. Who would have thought “Pledge” (yes, furniture polish) would work so well on keeping the clay from the track from sticking to the racecar. What a novel idea. You were a genius. The weekend trips to New York were the best. I will always cherish my “Taster’s Choice” moments with you. It is definitely an acquired taste. I will miss sharing those moments with you. As a matter of fact, I was making a cup the other night at your’s and Shel’s house and went to offer you a cup. Oooops! But that’s how it goes. I will always think of you when sipping on a cup of Taster’s Choice. Although you are highly missed, I am sooo happy you are home with the Lord and all your pain and suffering is no more. I know you were with me while praying the Lord’s Prayer in the hospital that night. I felt you squeeze my hand. Rest in piece brother-in-law. You will never be forgotten for all your love and kindness and just being you. For you are a man who would have given the shirt off of his back to anyone. Thank you, honey! Love Kathy
