I only knew MR Hughes for a short time. way back in 1979 when i worked at Donnely’s for a short time he was my boss. He never told us we had to work overtime, he politely asked us if we wanted too. In my mind that made him a good leader, and a darned decent human being. i am very sorry for the loss
