Rich was like a second grandpa to me. He brought me birthday treats, shared his beloved Lake Erie perch and danced with me at my reception. He was always smiling, and ill miss him dearly. I loved him like family and he will be missed. I’m so sorry for his families loss, he was a wonderful man.
