You said two weeks before you died that dr.Vegasa was going to give you a shot nd that it will kill you, at the time I thought you were just imagining things, but that’s what killed you. He gave you a high powered blood thinner some thing that was unneeded. The nurse told me you trued to leave but she said she gave you (some thing to relax you).
What ever that was , then they gave you morpheme and that other high powered pain killer plus nerve shot then vegasa gave you that blood thinner.
I went up and got your med records and the shot that dr. Vegasa gave you was NOT on the report for some reason I wonder why. But was on the report is they gave you nor can to reverse the damage they cause you to you. You tried your best to leave
that hospital but they held you against your will and altimatly killed you . I wish I would have been there I would have took you out of there before Willard hospital KILLED you . I’m sorry momma it was not your time to go. You know when I was leaving the hospital before they life flight you to Toledo they had the nurse to ask me if I wanted them to save you!

This Willard hospital is a joke I would not take my cat or dog there to be treated .
Never take your loved one to Willard unless you want them to kill.
