My father was reunited with James in the early 2000s, they served in the Navy together during ww2. During their visits to James and Iwilda’s my folks were treated like family by the Allen’s. My father passed in 2010 and my mother in New Mexico and Iwilda kept in contact by phone. My mother loved Iwilda and her kids, she will miss her very much. I have heard many wonderful stories about both her and James. I wanted to say on behalf of my mother and all of the Baird’s. Rest in Peace sweet lady the joy you gave to my parents can not be measured and will not be forgotten. To all of the children of the Allen’s who made my folks’ stays at James so memorable, I want to say thank you to you all. Scott Baird
