I want to offer my sincere condolences to the Family of Todd Shininger. Todd was “proud to call Willard home.” I was proud to call Todd a friend. I worked with him on several county projects and served with him on the county diversity council. He was a gracious gentleman and he will be missed by this community. He once shared with me that I reminded him of his daughter. I know that he was so proud of his family and I took that statement as a true compliment.
