Dear Jerry, Jenni, Gail, Lynne, Jane, Anne and families,
I am so very saddened to learn of Carolyn’s passing. We didn’t see one another often, but when we did, we enjoyed talking about our trials and tribulations in the classroom and, of course, sharing stories about our own children. Both of my girls had her as a teacher at St. Francis and they adored her. She even tutored Katie privately for a while in math, and Katie always looked forward to her sessions. Your mom lived her faith through her love and compassion for others – especially for her students and particularly for her own children and grandchildren. I hope the treasured memories you have of her and your wonderful family gatherings will bring you peace and comfort because I know she lived for her family! My love and prayers to you all.
