Peggy Jean Dull, age 67, of Willard, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Embassy Nursing Home in Willard, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 13, 1958, in Willard to the late Henry R. and Catherine (Schultz) Shafer Sr. Peggy worked at Independent Manpower, Lake Park Industries, and was a babysitter. She enjoyed working on puzzles, OSU Football, was an amazing baker, and most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
Peggy is survived by a daughter Angie (Nicole) Dull of Willard; a son, Justin Dull of Willard; grandchildren, Corey (Peyton) Rinehart, Kirk (Brittany) Rinehart, and Emma (Loudon) Eicher; great grandchildren, Paisley Rinehart and one on the way; 4 brothers: Richard Shafer, Robert (Imogene) Shafer, John (Pat) Shafer and Paul (Bridget) Shafer, a sister, Sharon Combs, all of Willard, several nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews; and special friend, Mary Jane Jones-McKinney.
In addition to her parents, Peggy is preceded in death by 3 brothers: Gary Shafer, Charles Shafer, and Henry Shafer Jr.; and 4 sisters: Karen Louise Shafer, Connie Jones, Shirley Jones, and Janice Shepherd.
Visitation is at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio, on Friday, March 27, 2026, from 11:00 AM until the time of her service at 1:00 PM with Pastor James Robinson officiating.
