Agnes I. Willet, age 82, resident of Plymouth, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at her home. She was born on April 21, 1929 in Plymouth, Ohio to the late Leo and Gertrude (Bliss) Roberts. Agnes was a 1947 graduate of Plymouth High School. She had worked at Fate-Root-Heath in Plymouth, Ohio, Shelby Mutual and finally retired after working 31 years at Midwest Industries. Agnes was a member of the Christian Alliance Church in Willard, Ohio, where she was very active in her church groups. She also enjoyed reading.
Agnes is survived by her husband, J. Raymond Willet, whom she married on August 31, 1947; three children, Gerald (Ellen) Willet of Delaware, Ohio, Kathie (Lowell) Oney of Grove City, Ohio and Timothy (Supannee) Willet of Thomasville, Georgia; nine grandchildren, Trae, Ashlie and Caitlin Willet, Trent and Sarah Raver, Angela Jackson, Amy Bates, Philip and Alicia Oney; seven great grandchildren; one brother, Nelson Roberts of Mansfield, Ohio and one sister-in-law, Julia Roberts of Caroline, Ohio.
She is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters and three brothers.
Friends may call on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at the Christian Alliance Church in Willard, Ohio from 10:00 AM to Noon where a memorial service will follow at Noon with Rev. James Trainer officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Plymouth, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio or the Plymouth Branch of the Richland/Mansfield Library.
