Alice “Bo” Branham, 88, of Willard, died March 8, 2014 peacefully in Hospice of North Central Ohio, Ashland.
She was born April 19, 1925 in Prestonsburg, KY to the late Lewis and Lucinda (Dillon) Branham. After moving to Ohio, Alice worked early on at Fanny Farmer in Norwalk then at MTD in Willard, retiring after 33 years in the late 80’s. She loved to spend time with her family and always offered them a home cooked meal. She was feisty and full of life and will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her husband. Robert “Clay” Branham in 2008 together for 65 years of marriage, an infant daughter, brothers, James Branham, Charles “Pete” Branham, John “Butch” Branham, Walter “Jude” Branham and sisters, Sally Blair, Opal Reed, Darkus Spradlin and Helena Smith.
She is survived by daughter Rita Branham Brandeberry of Toledo, son Michael (Linda) Branham of Shelby, and one brother Robert (Lena) Branham of Willard.
She has 5 grandchildren Angela Branham Kiefer of Granville, Sarah Brandeberry (Matt) Hemker of Landeck, Benjamin (Tabbitha) Branham of Mansfield, Robert (Ashley) Branham of Deshler and Melissa Branham of Shelby.
She is also survived by her 10 great grandchildren, Caroline Kiefer 13, Ashley Kiefer 9, Hayden Them 6, James Hemker 6, Nathan Hemker 5, Lexi Them 4, Kaleb Branham 4, Katherine Hemker 3, Kelsey Branham 1, and Brinnley Branham 10 months.
There will be a private family service at Secor Funeral Home in Willard with Rev. Ricky Branham Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio.
