Anna S. Schoonover, age 67, resident of Bucyrus, Ohio passed away Saturday, January 3, 2004 in Crestwood Care Center in Shelby, Ohio. She was born November 10, 1936 in Banner, Kentucky to the late Lee and Elizabeth Mae (Crum) Mulky and has been a Crestline area resident for the past 13 years, recently making her home with her grandson in Bucyrus. She had been employed with Sanese Services and Superior Office Cleaning both of Mansfield and was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing bingo, crosswords and scratch-off lottery tickets.
She is survived by husband, Ora Schoonover of Onondaga, MI; one daughter and son-in-law, Orie and Jessie Boyd of Mansfield; two step sons, Rodney Schoonover of Minnesota; Rick Schoonover of Florida; two grandsons and spouses, Stephen and Andrea Schoonover of Bucyrus; David and Audrey (Hernandez) Kurtz of Adrian, MI; 5 great grandchildren, Masson and Chaase; Johnathan, Isiah and Amya; several step grandchildren and great grandchildren; two brothers, Roscoe “Jr” Mulky of Albion, MI; Homer Mulky of Concord, MI; one sister, Carra Robinett of Bucyrus; nieces nephews and other realtives. She was preceded in death by 6 brothers.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Thursday from 10:00 AM to noon. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Bill Howell officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh, Ohio.
