Anne I. Lillo Hackworth, age 93, resident of Willard, Ohio, passed away at the Willows at Willard on Monday, November 24, 2025, surrounded by her family, especially her nephew Douglas and his wife Jeanne Lillo. She was born on July 21, 1932 in Willard to the late and loving parents, Frank and Lucille (Prelipp) Lillo.

Anne was a 1950 graduate of Willard High School She retired in 1982 from the United States Department of Defense as a Procurement Analyst in the Directorate of Procurement and Production office.  She started her career at the Wilkins Air Force Depot in Shelby, thy Brookley Air Force Base in Mobile, Alabama and Defense Construction Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio.  Upon retiring, she and her husband enjoyed their Canada, Johnson Island and Florida Homes.

She married Orbin D. Hackworth on August 12, 1950 and he died on May 8, 2012.  In addition, she was preceded in death by her sister, Rosemary Lillo and brother William Lillo.

Surviving are nieces and nephews and their spouses and very close cousins.

Anne was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Willard and St. Ann Catholic Church in Haines City, Florida.  In honor of her husband, Orbin, she worked with Father Eric Culler to air condition St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.

Visitation will be on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM.  Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 10:30 AM at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with Father Eric Mueller officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Willard, Ohio.  Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and School or your favorite charity.  Online condolences may be made to Anne’s family by visiting www.secorfuneralhomes.com

Doug and Jeanne words can't express the sympathy during this loss. She is now at peace and with her beloved hubsand and no more pain. Anne was special with a great sense of humor, loving smile and worried about me like a mother. She will be sadly missed. R.I.P Anne and keep the slots warmed up for us.
