Anthony Scott McQuillen

Anthony Scott McQuillen, age 48, resident of Sandusky, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2020, at Fireland's Regional Medical Center, in Sandusky. He was born on May 4, 1972, in Bay City, Texas, to Roger Allen McQuillen and Kathryn Kay (Keller) Perry.

Anthony graduated from South Lyon Michigan High School, where he enjoyed wrestling. He had previously worked as a painter around the Sandusky area. Anthony enjoyed water skiing, going out on the boat and bowling with the family. He enjoyed watching football on Sundays with his brother; he always looked forward to it. Anthony, a jokester, who was genuine and kindhearted, will truly be missed by all who knew him.

He will forever be missed by his mother, Kathryn Perry; daughters, Andrea Deskins and Taliah McQuillen; brother, Michael McQuillen; half - brother, Eric McQuillen; half - sister, Amber McQuillen; grandmother, Lois Keller; an uncle, Richard Keller; two aunts, Sharon Keller and Eva Burkhalter; and numerous cousins and friends.

Anthony was preceded in death by his father, Roger Allen McQuillen; and step-father, Lewis Perry, whom was like a father figure to Anthony.

Scott, your obituary describes you as a "jokseter", that's not entirely true. When I knew you, you always described yourself as having "the gift of gab". And you did. No one could meet you with out being charmed by you. I know I was. And even though we parted ways in the end, I still am glad that I had met you. If only for a short period of time. Rest with the angels.
