Bonnie Lee Stein, age 70, of Bellevue, Ohio, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025 at the Firelands Hospital in Sandusky, OH. She was born on March 31, 1955 to the late Leland "Sam" and Marjorie (Smeltz) Stein. Bonnie was a beautician at the Hair Depot and worked for 41 years at MTD Industries, both in Willard. She enjoyed perch fishing, and loved her Beagle dogs and traveling.

She is survived by her life partner, Harold E. Daniel; siblings, Marilyn (Glenn) LeFeber of Columbus, North Carolina, Kathy (Jim) Weiler of Wendell, North Carolina and Lee Stein of Katy, Texas; special nieces, Michaela Ewell of Norwalk, OH and Emily (Tyler) Homan of Dayton, OH and special nephew Ian Souders of Castalia, OH; best friend, Denise Peasnall; numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Claudia Matteson and Patty (Joe) Souders and her grandmother, Gertrude Louise Smetz; brother-in-law, Bill Matteson.

Calling hours will be on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio. Bonnie's funeral will be on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Ron Spyker officiating at Secor Funeral Home in Willard. Burial will take place at the Tirnity Lutheran Cemetery in Willard, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bonnie's honor to Amyloid Research.
