May the love of friends and family as well as the memory of your loved one carry you through your grief. Sending sympathy and comfort during your time of loss. Grieving is different for everyone and unique to each individual. No one is immune to the ravages of death. Still, what can we do when a close family member or friend dies. God's Word can console us all. How comforting! Job 14:14, 15 Find the comfort that the Bible provides in the following series of articles on Coping With the Loss of a Loved One: https://www.jw.org/en/publications/magazines/watchtower-no3-2016-may/

Such a man of God! A bold soldier that held close to God’s word, guided God’s children and held the churches and association in love, peace and order! He was such a humble loving man that showed his love to all. He was so special to our family and our 5 kids thought he was the “best” and grew up loving to listen to his songs I played as we lived in Ky. and didn’t visit Ohio a lot. We send our love to all of you. Praying God wraps His big arms of comfort around you all. Sister Carlene, I have no words to express how deep our sorrow is. May God give you peace only He can give! Oh, how I will miss him! I still remember when my mother was dying of cancer, all she wanted to do was die at home, not in the nursing home. He and Sister Carlene were in Florida for the winter. When they heard that Mom wanted to die at home, (we couldn't take her home; we didn't have anyone who could stay with her 24/7 and we couldn't afford to hire someone). They immediately packed up and drove to Mom's all the way from Florida so that she could be granted her final wish. That is the kind of people they are. My story is just one of a 1,000. Now, he is resting from his labors and one day, I hope to see him again. Love you all!
Brigett Dye - Oct 31, 2020
I remember hearing him sing "I can't even Walk" for the first time and I've been singing that song ever since. It's a song that has gotten me thru a lot of rough times. He sang it for me whenever I'd see him. I thank the Lord he used Bro. Buddy to give me that gift. Love you all and I pray for your comfort.
Sis. Sharon Hicks - Oct 31, 2020
