Carlene Bowers, age 61, of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at Marion General Hospital in Marion, Ohio. She was born on July 27, 1960, in Bucyrus, Ohio to the late Alton B. and Bessie (Amons) Campion. Carlene retired from RR Donnelley in Willard. She enjoyed shopping, playing volleyball and softball and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband of 41 years, Larry Bowers, whom she married on June 7, 1980; children, Sean Bowers and Amanda (Zach) Smith; grandchildren, Kayleigh Bowers, Leighton Bowers, Colton Smith, Andrew Book and Taylor Book; brothers, Garry (Janet) Wade, Jim (Debbie) Wade, Ted Wade; sisters, Maurine (Roger) Erwin, Nellie Martin, Melanie (Marvin) Neptune and Robin Singer; sister-in-law, Linda Delamater; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Troy Wade; sister, Philiss Hanline and an infant sister Noma Lee Campion.

There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Greenwood Cemetery in Willard, Ohio at 11:00. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Online condolences may be made to Carlene's family by visiting www.secorfuneralhomes.com
