Carlos P. Luna Jr., age 80, resident of Willard, Ohio passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2007 at his residence with his family present. He was born on September 14, 1927 in Falfurrias, Texas to the late Carlos O. and Maria H. (Perez) Luna and had lived and worked in the Willard area since 1950.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Lois (Bolen) Luna; three daughters, Viola Ringle; Loucinda Blanton and Carla (Phillip) Wilson; five sons, Charles Luna; Mike Luna; Lowell (Becky) Luna; James Luna and Delafon (Amy) Luna; eleven grandchildren; two step grandchildren; four brothers, Steve (Kathy) Luna; Baldemar (Judy) Luna; Robert (Estella) Luna; Nick (Starlett) Luna; two sisters, Hilda (Joe) Arredondo; Rebecca (Monte) Hale; one aunt, Madelaine Leal of Texas; one brother-in-law, Liborio Rodriguez; one sister-in-law, Charlotte Tilley; many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother, Ruben Luna; and one sister, Mary Rodriguez.
Calling hours will be held at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Sunday, November 11, 2007 from 1:00 to 5:30 PM where a time of reflection conducted by the family will be held at 5:30 PM.
