Catherine M. Pauly, age 89, resident of Tiffin, Ohio passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at the Ruffing Family Care Center in Tiffin. She was born September 3, 1923 in Centerton, Ohio to the late George and Celeste (Pifher) Wechter and had lived in New Washington the majority of her life. She was a graduated of New Washington High School and St. Vincent’s Nursing School in Toledo. Mrs. Pauly had work with Dr. Barth in New Washington and several hospitals thought out her career. .
She is survived by a son; Edward Pauly of Tucson, AZ; two daughters, Kathleen Smith of Mesa, AZ; and Elizabeth Pauly of Tiffin; one grandson, Justin Babcock of AZ; six sisters, Margaret (Firman) Gosche of Florida; Anna Mae Mason of Findlay; Beatrice (Calvin) Schmitz of Fostoria; Helen (John) Heydinger of North Auburn; and Joann (Donald) Zellner of Florida; and Janice (Herbert) Kraft of New Washington; a brother-in-law, James Pauly of Bucyrus; a sister-in-law, Pat Snay of New Washington; numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Pauly whom she married on October 1948 and he passed away in 2001; and five brothers, George Jr., Jerome, Norman, Louis and Alfred Wechter.
A memorial mass will be celebrated at a later date and burial will follow at Mother of Sorrows Catholic Cemetery in North Auburn. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.secorfuneralhomes.com

So sorry to read of the passing of your mother.
We lost ours 6 yrs. ago and I still miss her.
