I first met Connie in kindergarten. We did many things, both in school and out of school together from kindergarten through sixth grade. Even though our paths seldom crossed after sixth grade, Connie was always respectful, thoughtful, peaceful, and listened carefully during the moments that we found enough time for brief chats. She is definitely a treasure. Praying for God to sustain and comfort all of her family and friends until the day we see her again.

So sorry to hear this awful news. I considered Connie a friend from age 4 when my mom used to babysit us. She was always someone you could talk to and had such a beautiful, peaceful spirit. One of my favorite things to do on my infrequent trips back to Willard was to head down to the store and check in on Connie and Chuck. Sending thoughts, prayers, and love to all of you.
