In Loving Memory of Cynthia Hammock-Foster

With heavy hearts and gratitude, we announce the passing of Cynthia Hammock-Foster, a beloved wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, Aunt and friend, who left this world on September 6th, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born in Willard Ohio, to loving parents Eula Mae and Harold W. Hammock, Cynthia (Cyndi K) brought warmth and joy to every room she entered. She was the heartbeat of her family and the life of every party—her infectious laughter, her spirit unshakable, and her generosity unmatched. Whether she was whipping up a legendary meal in the kitchen or tending to her flowers and vegetables in her garden with loving care, Cynthia Found beauty in the everyday and shared it freely with those around her.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents Eula, Harold and brother Leslie.

Cynthia is survived by her devoted husband, Jimmie, sisters Karen and Jacqueline (Leevangela), brothers Gary (Tara), Michael and Mark, daughters Camela (Jesse), Ebony, Cynthia “Cyndi”, her bonus children Sheila, Saundra, Laura, Shavonne, Dawnelle, Nickole, Shawntel, sons Bill “Kerbow” Aaron, Steve, Sterling, Stephanie and Stacey, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren—each of whom carries a piece of her vibrant legacy.

Cynthia's home was always open, her table always full, and her heart always ready to help anyone in need. She had a gift for making people feel seen, heard, and loved.

To know Cynthia was to know joy. Her memory will live on in the stories told around family dinners, the blooms in her garden, and the laughter she inspired.

She was deeply loved, and she will be forever missed.
