Dannie R. Faircloth, age 63, of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 surrounded by family and friends. Dannie was born in Blakely, GA on February 21, 1959. Dannie grew up in Louisville, AL until moving to Ohio. Dannie drove trucks for many years until moving to Ohio. In Ohio he worked as a diesel mechanic until his retirement. He loved being outside working in his yard and garden. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, dancing and wood and metal working. He was known to always be busy and never idle. He loved animals including his two dogs, Bubba and Bella, and his little kitten, Tigger.

He is survived by his daughters Danielle Faircloth (Andrew Kelley) and Amber Miller, 3 Grandchildren Julius Luster, Naomi Tate, Dimitri Miller, one on the way, Ruby Kelley, all of Tiffin, Ohio; a sister Kathy (Douglas) Helms of Louisville, AL; a brother Douglas (Tammy) Faircloth of Clio, AL; nieces Kayla Helms, Kasey (Patrick) Stephens, Andrea (Joshua) Watson; nephews, Brian Faircloth and Kyle Helms; great niece, Allie Watson; great nephews, Andrew Faircloth, Benjamin Faircloth, Easton Stephens, Granger Stephens, and Jonah Watson; special friends Theodore (Katrina) Blausey of Willard, Ohio; Vickie (Tim) Biggs of Bellevue, Ohio; Thom (Stephanie) Bogan of Collins, Ohio; and Rudy "Smoke" (Sandy) Jackson of Decatur, MI; and other surviving siblings, James (Mary) Riley of Headland, AL; Darlene (Steve) Hamm of Ashford, AL; and Debra Cherry of Rehobeth, AL;

Dannie was preceded in death by his parents Andrew and Ruby Faircloth, his soulmate Sandy Tennant and a fur baby, Daisy Mae.

Dannie was always one of my favorite people. He had a generous heart and was a friend to everyone. My favorite memories are spending time together in my garage or his. I always learned something from him and the lessons always included kindness and Dannie’s unique and humorous perspective on life.
