Delphia Noble, age 81, resident of Shiloh, passed away on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Blossom Nursing and Rehabilitation, surrounded by her family. She was born on April 24, 1937, to the late Worley and Hazel (Vanderpool) Ratliff and had been a resident of Shiloh since 1954. She had attended Shiloh United Baptist Church and enjoyed reading and working in her flower beds. Delphia also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her great granddaughter, Wiley.

She is survived by her daughter, Rita Waterbeck of Willard; one grandson, Jason (Katie Cooper) Waterbeck of Willard; great granddaughter, Wiley Waterbeck; one sister, Alta Sparkman of Willard; good friends, Dave Cole of Nevada, Gary (Edith) Crager of Rome, Lois (Glen) Slone of Crestline; and numerous family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Delphia was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Clay Noble.

Friends may gather at the Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM, where funeral services will be at 2:00 PM with Rev. Delmer Bailey and Rev. Jim Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shiloh United Baptist Church or Stein Hospice in Sandusky. Rita, I'm so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I remember her being such a sweet lady. She is with your dad now in heaven with the Lord and I'm sure this brings you peace. Prayers and hugs to you and your family.

So sorry to her of Delphia’s passing. She had such a sweet, quiet spirit. I always enjoyed talking to her and Clay. You have great memories to hold on to. They left a great legacy for you to carry on.
