Doris Louise Scott, lifelong resident of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020 at the Crestwood Care Center in Shelby, Ohio. She was born on December 22, 1931 to Van Durham, Sr. and Lula Foy Durham.

Doris "Dot" Scott loved the Lord and was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was an avid sports fan, loved watching classic movies and enjoyed listening to jazz and classical music. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother with a great sense of humor. She will forever live in our hearts, "for nothing loved is ever lost and she was loved so much."

She is survived by her sons and daughters, Yvonne Barrison of Ontario, Ohio, Sabrina Harris, Robin Harris-Kennedy (Bertram) of Columbus, OH, Lisha Scott of Willard, OH, Timothy (Shawauna) Scott, David Scott of Mansfield, OH, Tonya Scott of Columbus, OH, 18 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, nephews, a niece and many relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father and mother, loving husband A.B. Scott, daughter, Deborah L. Harris and son, Robert L. Harris.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 8, 2020 from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio where the funeral service will be Saturday at 1:00 PM, with Rev. Jeffrey Jones officiating. Burial will follow at the Greenwood Cemetery in Willard, Ohio. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.secorfuneralhomes.com.

Sincerest condolences to all the children of our dearest “Dot”. She and my Grandmother were as close as sisters and I their relationship was the benchmark for how cousins should love one another. She was such a sweetheart and we will miss her.
