Edna B. Fox of West Liberty, KY, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017, at her residence, at the age of 69 years, 11 months, & 28 days. She was born Saturday, January 4, 1947 in Ephrata, PA, daughter of the late Aaron G. Sr. & Lena Z. Burkholder Martin.
She was united in marriage to Marvin H. Fox, Sr. This union was blessed with ten children. She was a homemaker, devoting her life to care for her family and her home. She was a member of the Woodlawn Mennonite Church in Greenwich, OH.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin H. Fox, Sr.; one son-in-law, Paul VanPelt; one grandson, Jeremy Fox; and one sister, Lydia Martin.
She is survived by ten children & their spouses, Lester & Melanie Fox of Shiloh, OH, James & Marjorie Fox of Greenwich, OH, Marvin Jr. & Marlene Fox of West Liberty, KY, Elvin & Nancy Fox of Willard, OH, Aaron & Jean Fox of Versailles, MO, Nelson & Lorene Fox of Shiloh, OH, Rosanne VanPelt of Shiloh, OH, Rosene & Stephen Everly of North Fairfield, OH, Edna Mae & Frank VanPelt of Columbiana, OH, and Verna & Steven Nisly of Mt. Vernon, OH; 38 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; two sisters, Lena Mae Hoover and Susan Zimmerman both of Ephrata, PA; and four brothers, Lawrence Martin of Ephrata, PA, Aaron Martin, Jr. of Bowmansville, PA, Harold Martin of Greenwich, OH, and Nelson Martin of Ephrata, PA.
Calling hours will be on Thursday, January 5, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the Woodlawn Mennonite Church in Greenwich, Ohio. A funeral service will be on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at the church. Burial will take place at Woodlawn Mennonite Cemetery in Greenwich.
