Ethel Tuttle, age 77, resident of Plymouth, Ohio passed away on Friday, October 28, 2011 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was born on June 10, 1934 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Cleveland and Dorthie (Johnson) Hall. She loved going to church, making quilts, spending time with her grandchildren and at a younger age she loved bowling.
She is survived by her husband, Arthur Tuttle; one son, Randy (Viola) Thornsberry of Michigan City, Indiana; one daughter, Phyllis Withrow of Lorain, Ohio; two step daughters, Janet (Bob) Hawblitz and Teresa (Jim) Rose; one step-son Terry (Sharon) Tuttle; six grandchildren; 19 step-grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one sister, Geraldine Sherell and one brother, Arthur Caudill.
She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Charles Thornsberry; two sisters and four brothers.
Friends may call at the The Little Rebecca Old Regular Baptist Church on Sunday, October 30, 2011 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM with a service at 6:00 PM. and on Monday, October 31, 2011 all day with a service at 6:00 PM. The funeral service will be held at the Church on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at 11:00 AM with Elders Farris Tuttle and Delmas Hall officiating. Burial will follow at the Greenlawn Cemetery in Plymouth. Memorial contributions may be made to the church. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.secorfuneralhomes.com
