Evelyn Lee Adkins, infant daughter of Jennifer Ann Blum and Michael Lee Adkins of New Washington, Ohio, came into the world stillborn on Sunday, June 9, 2019, at Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky, Ohio.
Also surviving are her maternal grandparents, John and Jani Blum; parental grandparents, Angie and Troy Adkins; uncles and aunts; Jacob Blum, Jalissa Blum (Austin Markwell) and Maycee (Seth) Rietschlin; and cousins, Melanie Blum and Oliver Rietschlin.
There will be a private burial at St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery. Secor Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
