Florence Kay Nead, age 59, of Shelby, Ohio, passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022 at OhioHealth Hospital in Mansfield, Ohio. She was born on June 20, 1963 in Willard, Ohio to the late Elvis and Maxine (Barnett) Cole. Florence was a 1982 graduate of Willard High School and she earned an Associate Degree in Medical Administrative Assistant and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration and had worked as a STNA at nursing homes including Quality Care Nursing Home in Willard. Also, for many years she was the Deli Manager at Willard IGA. Florence enjoyed family camping, sewing and crafts, cooking and baking and most of all, spending time with her grandbabies. Flo will be greatly missed by many.

She is survived by her husband, David "Joe" Nead Sr. whom she married on July 7, 1984; children, Janice (Mark Kraemer) Santiz, David (Amber) Nead Jr. and Gene (Erica Cherney) Nead, all of Shelby, Ohio; grandchildren, Logan Santiz, Christian Santiz, Alexander Santiz, Lillian Santiz, Kadin Wharton, Adriana Nead and Allysson Nead; siblings, Elizabeth (Greg) Montgomery of Shiloh, Ohio; Elvis (Dana) Cole Jr. of Georgia; Allana (T.J.) Berrier of Bloomville, Ohio and Meggan Haynes of Willard, Ohio and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Roger "Dale" Cole.

Visitation will be at Secor Funeral home in Willard, Ohio on Saturday, July 30, 2022 from 12:00 PM until the time of her service at 3:00 PM with pastor Ronnie Sallee officiating. I'm so sorry for ur all loss she loved her kids grandkids she would say I love my grandkids. I ment Florence way bk when they lived in Willard. She was a great mom & wife & loved everyone she met . She would find the good in people!! She will most definitely be missed. Please accept our condolences.
