Garland Eugene Sexton, age 45, resident of Plymouth, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, April 10, 2006. He was born in Floyd County, Kentucky and had been a life long Plymouth/Shiloh area resident.
He is survived by a son, Brandon Sexton of Plymouth; a daughter, Crystal McKenzie of Shelby; his mother, Bertha (Stevens) Vanderpool of Plymouth; several grandchildren; one brother, Thomas Sexton of Indiana; two sisters, Valerie Sexton of Plymouth; and Althea Johnson of Plymouth; four step-brothers and three step-sisters; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Buford Sexton; two brothers, Larry and Phillip Sexton; and his step-father, Robert Vanderpool.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth on Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM, then a graveside service will follow at 11:00 AM at the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven with Pastor Delmer Bailey officiating. Online condolences can be made to the family at www.secorfuneralhome.com
