I remember going to school with Imelda at Pioneer in Shelby. First thing every morning, in government class, she always had a comment that always had the whole class laughing. I will miss her smile and the laughter that gave us all a warm feeling in our heart. When it came time for graduation she was always trying to hurry the ceremony up, she always had everyone laughing and occassionaly we would get the evil look from the teachers. Imelda will be truly missed. GOD please keep this family in your prayers. They are one of the nicest families anyone could know. Especially keep Jerry safe so he can to come back safely. Best of luck to him and Cassandra. If there is anything we can help with, let us know. God be with you all.

Words cannot fully express the sorrow I feel knowing my friend, Imelda, is gone! I worked with her for many years and she made my job fun. I laughed with her so often, that, at times, we would cry! I know she was unhappy with the way her life had turned out at times, but i never doubted that she would survive and somehow find the peace and happiness we all seek. My solomn prayer is that she found that peace April 22, 2010! My God bless you, her family and friends, and may His Spriit comfort you, as only He can.
