James A. "Jim" Franczak, age 61, resident of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022 at the Mercy Willard Hospital in Willard, Ohio. He was born on December 12, 1960 to the late Joseph and Shirley (Schultz) Franczak. Jim worked as a mechanic for MTD and Sunoco.
He is survived by his wife, Carla (Kooken) Franczak, whom he married on June 19, 1982; two sons, Joseph Franczak of Barbarton and Thomas Franczak of Oklahoma and one daughter, Neaka Schwing of Willard; 3 grandchildren, Aiden and Anna Franczak and Memphis Schwing; a brother, Sam Wilson and sister, Evelyn.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Cecil Wilson Jr., a sister, Mary Franczak and grandmother, Genevieve Schultz.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. The funeral service will be Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 12:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard with Dr. Mike Sweeney officiating.
